Rick Ross Announces Port of Miami Tenth Anniversary Concert

The TIDAL live-streamed show will take place in Miami on August 29.

Ten years ago, Rick Ross launched his career with his debut album Port of Miami, and, today, Ross announced that he will be celebrating the anniversary with a show in the actual Port of Miami in Biscayne Bay. The concert, which will take place on August 29, will be live-streamed globally through TIDAL.

Speaking to Rolling Stone, Ross promised big things for the anniversary concert: They shutting down Port of Miami and setting the fucking containers in the way where I could stand on them and the world can see me. Did we pull it off? Of course we did."

Ross also took to Instagram today to mark the Port of Miami anniversary, writing, "feels like yesterday piled up in a cheap hotel room wit my homies on the road trying to promote ourselves w/ no idea what we was doing other than being MIAMI niggas."
