Carl Thomas, the grammy nominated R&B singer, evacuated his Houston home on a boat, taking with him his two dogs. Diddy tweeted out the video that Thomas posted, with a message of support and encouragement for Thomas.
“I’m evacuating right now. I’ve got my dogs with me," Thomas said in a self-recorded video. "Y’all pray for Houston. I’m not really worried, ultimately I know that whatever happens, it’s gonna be alright. It’s gonna be alright.”
He also highlighted that rescue services are working hard to save the elderly, and others who need help.
