News broke today that Lil Wayne and Birdman had finally settled their longstanding financial dispute in court, reportedly resulting in a settlement (paid by Universal) that will allegedly give us the long-awaited Carter V.
Wayne and Baby have always had a complicated familial relationship. The two have done it all, from sharing a kiss on live television, to helping coin the term "Bling Bling," and scaling the mountain of hip-hop elite, from the NOLA to the peak. They even released an album titled Like Father, Like Son. Alas, good things sometimes do go bad, and that's exactly what happened between the two New Orleans legends.
