Sometimes, we're all in need of a good love song. Will Davila's "Your Loving" is exactly that — a little meditation on partnership that will get you in your feelings. Premiering today on The FADER is a lo-fi video for the track with a touch of high-art flourishes. The clip was directed by Will's manager Danny Cole who is also a visual artist.
In an email to The FADER, Will Davila explained the meaning of the song. ""Your Loving" ended up being a real song of growth in the understanding that any relationships, whether romantic or not, are sculpted by all parties involved," he said. "An awareness that 'love' is not something a person can come across, but something that people must create together. It's a reminder of the importance of communication. The video Danny and I made reflects that same message and embodies that feeling. I want people to have fun with it, I want people to take the right message from it, and I want to inspire some honest loving and care. People need to hear more that it's okay to be yourself and only growth can come from sharing that."
