Demi Lovato is reportedly out of rehab after 90 days.
TMZ reports the singer was spotted out in Beverly Hills today, although E! notes the weekend away from rehab could be temporary.

Lovato was hospitalized for more than a week following an overdose in July.
A month prior to her overdose, Lovato, who was six years sober, sang about relapsing "Sober."
