If you watched Ariana Grande's music video for "7 rings" and thought it looked like a good time, that's because it was, as a new 10-minute behind-the-scenes documentary proves.

Grande laughs it up with her friends and sips champagne between takes, and at one point presents director Hannah Lux Davis with a Tiffany ring of her own (a shopping spree, in which Grande bought herself and six friends matching Tiffany jewelry, inspired the song). Perhaps the new gift will make Grande's Japanese "7 rings" tattoo, which currently means "Japanese BBQ finger," easier to fix.

Beyond the revelry, it's an interesting insight into how to make something look fun by actually having fun while making it. Simple! Watch above. The clip comes after Grande dropped the "7 rings" remix with 2 Chainz, who may or may not have inspired the video's pink house.
