The last thing you'd expect at a roadside lemonade stand is Yeezy Boosts, but on Friday Kanye West and wife Kim Kardashian set up their very own stand - along with a few others around the country - doing just that. The roadside pop-up shops were styled much like your usual lemonade stand, expect you could pick up pairs of Yeezy Boost 700 v2 Geodes in partnership with Adidas instead. The proceeds from the stands, including the Kardashian-West family's own in Hidden Hills, CA as well as others in Texas, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois and South Dakota, will go towards the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
Kim took to Twitter to share more info alongside images of their own stand in action.
"All proceeds made via the stands will be donated to the National Alliance on Mental Illness," Kim explained in a tweet. "The nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness."
In the continued spirit of bringing people & families together, the brand has selected unexpected locations for the stands to connect w communities throughout the country.
