Madonna has announced the name of her new album, Madame X. There is currently no release date or further details available about the album, which will be the follow-up to 2015's Rebel Heart.
The Madame X album title was revealed in a video shared across social media in which Madonna describe's the titular character as being: “A secret agent. Traveling around the world. Changing identities. Fighting for freedom. Bringing light to dark places. She is a dancer. A professor. A head of state. A housekeeper. An equestrian. A prisoner. A student. A mother. A child. A teacher. A nun. A singer. A saint. A whore. The spy in the house of love. I’m Madame X.”
The FADER has reached out for further details. Madonna's next scheduled live appearance is at this year's Eurovision Song Contest, held in Israel on May 18.
