A new Kanye West album could be out this month. On Thursday, West's wife Kim Kardashian shared a picture of what appears to be a 12-song tracklist with the title Jesus Is King. At the end of the page reads a possible release date: September 27. See it below:
The title and song names suggest that West's Christian faith has influenced the project. In the past year, West has held several gospel-themed performances known as Sunday Services at his home in Calabasas, and brought an edition to Coachella.
Kanye West's last album ye was released on June 1, 2018. His follow-up Yandhi was announced in September 2018 and scheduled for a November 2018 release, but Kanye canceled the release after performing with Kid Cudi at Tyler, the Creator's festival "Camp Flog Gnaw." Earlier this summer, songs from Yandhi leaked onto the internet.
