YBN Cordae, like the majority of us, is bracing himself for along weekend filled with family and lots of food. He captures this energy in the video for "Thanksgiving," a song from debut album The Lost Boy. The video tells the story of a couple heading home to the suburbs with Cordae preparing to introduce his girlfriend to his parents for the first time. All goes swimmingly until a young relative discovers the girlfriend's Instagram page. Check it out above.
The Lost Boy will compete in the best rap album category at the 2020 Grammy Awards, as confirmed last week. Cordae is also nominated for best rap song with "Bad Idea." The Lost Boy dropped in July and features appearances from Chance The Rapper and Anderson .Paak among others.
