These songs always seem to give me that extra boost to get through my toughest workouts.”

The playlist includes singles like Lizzo's "Soulmate," Koffee's "Toast," Beyonce's "Before I Let Go," multiple songs by Cardi B and Bruno Mars and tracks from Nipsey Hussle and BJ The Chicago Kid. Closer to the end of the playlist are much more mellow tunes from artists like Frank Ocean, Ella Mai and Pink Sweat$.
