Watch Soccer Mommy perform an NPR Tiny Desk from home

A special concert from Sophie Allison’s self-isolation.

March 24, 2020

This week Soccer Mommy, a.k.a. Sophie Allison, was due to perform at NPR's offices for their long-rinning Tiny Desk Concert series. That, obviously, did not happen but, instead of calling the whole thing off, NPR and Allison instead moved things online and had her perform three songs from her home. Allison played three songs from her new album Color Theory ("Bloodstream," "Circle the Drain," and "Royal Screw Up") and chatted about how self-isolation is going. Hit play above to check it out.

Color Theory was released last month. You can watch Allison talk through the album in-depth with The FADER here.
