Daniel Lopatin's experimental electronic act Oneohtrix Point Never will share a new album called Magic Oneohtrix Point Never on October 30. Back in September, he shared the three-song suite of “Cross Talk I”, “Auto & Allo” and “Long Road Home,” and today the latter track gets a fantastic animated music video.

The clip, directed by Charlie Fox and Emily Schubert from a story by Fox and Daniel Lopatin, is a disquietingly erotic stop-motion dance starring a bat and a demon. A press release points to Georges Schwizgebel's 1982 short film Le ravissement de Frank N. Stein as an inspiration; the film was also referenced on the album cover to OPN's album 2013 LP R Plus Seven.

'It's a romantic fable about love and transformation," Fox and Schubert said in a statement, "which grew out of a lot of wild philosophical conversations with Dan over the summer. We wanted to take these supposedly grotesque or demonic creatures and turn them into the weirdly adorable and heartbreaking protagonists of this courtship ritual. For a song that seems to be sung by something mutant and magical in a time when intimacy is craved and feared, it felt like a hot match; it just felt good inside. And all this stuff started oozing out."
