No Rome has been a particularly bright spot in the Dirty Hit roster for a few years now despite never releasing a full-length album. He's something of a walking underground pop encyclopedia, channeling genres like two-step (on "1:45") and lo-fi guitar ("Hurry Home") on recent songs into simmering young adult anthems for a better future. After releasing two tracks in 2020, his first of the year is "Spinning," a collaboration with Charli XCX and fellow Dirty Hit signees The 1975. It leans on Charli's vision of rave-inspired electronic pop, effervescent and shiny like chrome-plated cola. Listen below.
