The last time we posted Capleton he was hard spitting for Obama, so now that the election’s a done deal, King Shango is back on the general uplift soapbox going extra tough on the Cognition Riddim produced by Cologne, Germany’s Kingstone Sound. The beat is boilerplate Miami, but Capleton remains one of our favorite DJs when he’s inspired.

We were beginning to wonder why Capleton, known as The Prophet and creator of the classic “Alms House”, hadn’t come out for a candidate in the US presidential election yet, having already heard from several of his countrymen on the matter. So here it is, his endorsement of McCain-Palin. Just kidding, Capleton’s for Obama, but we will totally post the first good McCain song when that comes out.
