The Fall's Mark E. Smith Serenades Fans From Wheel Chair In Dressing Room
Today’s news of the weird report comes from U.K. post-punk band The Fall, or rather the band’s only consistent member since 1976, Mark E. Smith. Recovering from a broken hip, he took the stage last night in a wheelchair, which by itself is not totally weird. But then he left the stage and sang the rest of the set from his dressing room.
