Trillionaire Boys Club

Few things in this world make us deviate from our regularly scheduled Friday evening Miller time. Bun B's upcoming solo debut is definitely one of them. We got a chance to hear the Texas don's work-in-progress last week when our friendly Rap-A-Lot representative played it for us and, as if it needs to be stated, Bun goes hard in the paint like Carmelo. He's been dropping 16s and freestyles for damn near everyone this year, but the King's definitely saved the best for himself.

On Trill, Bun handles his biz on everything from a DJ Toomp-produced trapper anthem ("I'm A G"), a straight-up Lone Star classic ("Get Throwed," with Z-Ro and Pimp C) and an absolutely jaw shattering Nolia funeral stomp "(I'm 4 Real"). The world's got about two more months to get focused. We know you hear his footsteps.
