New York Fashion Week officially closed shop on Friday, and most of the fash gestapo are already in London for round two (yikes!). As much as we were thoroughly entertained by the runway stunts (hot yellow stunners! shearling onesies!) and catwalk malfunctions (tumblers at Y-3), the real highlight of the shows was off-schedule altogether. Yes, people-watching was by far the fun-est part of the week, with stylish oldie sightings scoring highest on the fash-o-meter. If our gallery of chic freaks is anything to go by then you might want to make room in your Fall '07 wardrobe for some of the following: weird science specs, veiled pillbox hats and crocheted suit accessories to go with your new pinstriped three-piece.
