Homeslice for Life/artist/graphic designer
Jon Santos
just hipped us to a late-breaking announcement for the Let’s Bolt art show, opening up this weekend at the CSV Cultural Center on NYC’s LES. Curated by Julie Fishkin, Matt Lucas and Lumi Tan, Let’s Bolt is a group show about music and growing up—something we can all relate to [ED: Snicker, at least the “music” part] and features stellar contributions, including
Jacob Feige's
Sparks board game,
Milton Carter's
sound installation about the Dead Kennedys, Black Flag and the Misfits, Roy Stanfield's Crass mirror, and Brina Thurston's teenage bedroom door. Also check for work from homies including
contributor Samantha Culp and brosephine Tim Lokiec. In the meantime, we're gonna try peeling our old Dave Matthews Band stickers off our mirror in the hopes that we can get them into the West coast show.
