Kindness And Robyn Share “Who Do You Love” Video
This video goes out to the ones they love.
The video for Kindness' Robyn-featuring "Who Do You Love," from the left-of-center pop auteur's latest LP Otherness, attempts to answer the question the song's title poses; director Daniel Brereton shot video portraits of the loved ones of Robyn and Kindness' Adam Bainbridge to put together this austere, heartfelt clip. "This video and this song is about people and connection, and how you can identify who you are by those you love," Bainbridge says in a press release. "Those people say a hell of a lot about you. Daniel's idea was a series of portraits of our closest friends and family - in a way, the most revealing portraits of us possible. There's something about seeing all these people together, all these people that would do this for us - it makes the song make a little more sense, and a little more powerful."
"There is so much information in the faces of people," Robyn adds. "And some of the people I love more than anything are in this video together with people that mean the world to Adam, so for me it has many dimensions. But for anyone watching it has a beautiful way of communicating the different layers in the song."
