Chance The Rapper's most recent philanthropic project for his hometown of Chicago, Warmest Winter, reached its crowdfunded goal of $100K last night. The project will create 1,000 self-heating winter coats that transform into sleeping bags, and are both made and worn by the homeless citizens of Chicago. Seems like he's more than earned his recent Chicagoan Of The Year Award.
