Update, 6/6/16: Earlier reports that Killer Mike was starring in a TV show directed by Tim & Eric were false, a representative for Killer Mike told The FADER.

"A couple of months ago, Tim & Eric's production company Abso-lutely was hired to provide production services for a project that Mike was a part of, but at no point were we ever developing a project with Tim & Eric or Abso, nor do we have any plans to at this time," the representative told The FADER via email. "Sadly an outlet took a piece of information out of context and then did some flimsy “investigative journalism” by going so far to speculate a connection to a specific network, but unfortunately, that’s just false. We definitely have plans for TV but nothing to report at this time."

Earlier, 6/6/16: Killer Mike will star in a television show developed by Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim of Tim & Eric fame, Bloomberg has reported. The as-yet unnamed program will be created in conjunction with Heidecker and Wareheim's Abso Lutely Productions, the studio behind game-changing alternative comedy like Nathan For You, The Eric Andre Show, Check It Out! With Dr. Steve Brule, and Tim & Eric Awesome Show Great Job!. It's the second impending Killer Mike project you can get excited for in addition to the third Run The Jewels album.

Mike was a recurring character on the Adult Swim series Frisky Dingo as Taqu'il, and appeared as a Boost Mobile phone on Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Above, watch him play an opera singer's hype man on The Eric Andre Show.

A representative for Killer Mike declined to comment.
