Denzel Curry debuts new material via a character in Netflix anime Carole & Tuesday

Curry’s “Crash The Server” is performed by rapper Ezekiel in the latest episode of the show.

Denzel Curry has provided the voice-over for a character in Netflix's Carole & Tuesday. In the latest episode of the anime series, a rapper character named Ezekiel performs a song and the audio viewers hear is new Curry track "Crash The Server." You can see footage from the episode above.

A synopsis for the episode reads: "Following the weather plant terrorist incident, presidential candidate Valerie sees a sharp rise in popularity for her anti-earth immigrant rhetoric. Carole & Tuesday and Angela are nominated for Best New Artist Grammys, and Tao is suddenly taken into custody by the Mars Federal Attorney’s Office after refusing a request from Schwartz. Meanwhile, Carole tries to make contact with the rapper Ezekiel, who she believes is her childhood friend Amer from the orphanage."

Flying Lotus, Thundercat, and Alison Wonderland have all contributed original music to Carole & Tuesday in the past.

Curry released new album ZUU in May of this year. Over the summer he was forced to perform in a wheelchair after "going too hard" at a festival in Ireland.
