The follow-up to 2018's ye was initially called Yandhi and was slated for release last September 29. It failed to materialize, however, and West's incendiary appearance on that night's SNL was the closest that Yandhi — in that form — came to appearing until it leaked online in August and then suspiciously appeared as a series of ringtones on iTunes at the start of this month.

The God-fearing Jesus Is King was first mooted at the top of 2019, when West held his first Sunday Service rehearsal, before taking his gospel show across the US through the year. Read about everything West's done since the release of ye right here.
