The new Flaming Lips mixtape finally drops tomorrow in the US.

While it doesn’t contain the latest D-Block response tracks or chopped up not slopped up Texas joints, it DOES have lots of ill new wave (the Chameleons AND the Psychedelic Furs? We’re with that), somewhat unexpected techno, and the Lips’ own lysergic cover of the White Stripes’ “Seven Nation Army”. Good job, Wayne.
