Friday night, Sea & Cake bosshogg Sam Prekop played the Mercury Lounge in New York, bringing forth his Brazil-by-way-of-Chicago stylings that are, somehow, both tasteful and flavor simultaneously. It’s an amazingly thin line, and Prekop has never once ended up on the wrong side of it.
