Can I Kick It?

Y’all should already be familiar with The Let Out every Friday evening on East Village Radio – jams’n’yams spun by us magazine editors until Mark Ronson takes over with his Authentic Shit set at 8. If you’ve been missing out, then you REALLY missed out, because this past week, Shit got uber authentic.

As the FADER crew was packing up, Ronson ambled over with his homie Kenna. Cool – but who should step in seconds later but one Mr. Q-Tip himself. Later on that night there were reports of The Abstract headbanging in a black hoodie and hyping himself so hard that a crowd got to rockin’ out right on the street in front of the station – untill po-po shut everything down for a bit (this is the section of the playlist right in between MJ’s “I Wanna Be Where You Are” and NWA’s “Fuck The Police”).

Live radio, kids – don’t miss out again!
