Jamesy P's "Nookie" was the biggest soca hit at Carnival...in 2004. Now that it finally sees an official release almost a year later, the track is still hot enough for Hot 97 to start playing the hell out of the Jabba remix (RAH! RAH!) on mixshows and even regular rotation. Which is fine and all, but what we're most psyched about - what we've been psyched about since hearing mp3s a few months back - is the MIA remix, which is included on the Ministry Of Sound single. We get geeked about these sort of team-ups all the time, but when it results in actual music that gets recorded and released, it's even cooler. Keep an ear open for this.
