Midgets unite! This pic from the Sov show set off an intense interoffice debate about whether or not Ja Rule was ever cool. Some say “hells yes!”, others “hells no!”, but here’s three points we can all agree on: the Bobby Brown collab was banging, the Grease video is where Mr. Rule officially (and indefensibly) jumped the shark for good, and that he should bring back the old platinum and diamond Stratocaster necklace he used to rock all the time.
