What with all the candy colorway hoo-ha these days, it was oddly refreshing to see the KDU go back to basics last week for their art-fashion installment at the Triple5Soul BK outpost last week.
While DJ Myles of neighboring BK watering hole Triple Crown manned the decks, the 555 store was covered window to wall in gold-on-black art (keeping with their “omerta” mafioso theme of for the summer), and some co-branded black-on-black sneaks and tees were thrown in for good measure. Only 555 pairs, mind you — tricked out with fancy faux croc embossing (or what the KDU like to call “deep paterns.”)
