Live At Union Square

Much much better than reminiscing about hairstyles of decades past: watching teenagers of today reinterpret those prolific ‘dos. We came across this perfectly coiffed trio cutting class in Union Square. Elizabeth, Beatrice and Helen were mere embryos when Heathers came out but their nod to the Westerberg High schoolers is insanely on point (check out Helen’s tiger striped hair extensions (center) purchased at the bargain basement price of $6!) it. There are of course some necessary ’00s modifications: Elizabeth’s bleached bouffant (left) has none of the crimped out frizz it might have 20 years ago, and Beatrice’s (right) tumbling locks leave any greezy S-curl sheen to the old school.
