Panama Red Is The New Yellow

Just dropped off today at the FADER homestead was a little plastic baggie from Relix magazine. Tired of the wide spectrum of post-Lance awareness bracelets that, in their sheer color variety, only confuse what cause the wearer is raising awareness for, Relix has taken up a collection of old guitar strings from your favorite new and old jam bands (and otherwise—hey, Maroon 5 is involved!) and had AZU Studios fashion them into wearable artifacts (we got an E-string bangle from Adventures Of Panama Red rockers New Riders Of The Purple Sage). The proceeds go to charities including Headcount, Grateful Dead charity the Rex Foundation and Rock n Roll Wrap It Up, which delivers leftover catering to people in need.
