A certain selector just hit us on IM calling My Morning Jacket’s double live album Okonokos
“MY FAVORITE PIECE OF RECORDED MUSIC SINCE EUROPE ’72” which both made us laugh and reminded us: Now that y’all have had a chance to live with the record for a week or so, does anyone disagree with us when we say that this is the best live rock band in America right now? If you’re still not convinced, go here for the fall/winter tour dates and get acquainted. We’ll be at, like, half of those shows.
