We aren’t ones for own-horn tootery but on Sunday night we won this fancy/dangerous “Eddie award” for Best Entertainment Magazine at the swishy Folio awards at Cipriani 42nd Street. In between bites of leek-tied asparagus bundles we learned that a) there is a magazine called African Americans on Wheels and b) there is indeed an award for Best Table of Contents—both of which were enough to snap us out of our winner’s haze and get us back to the grindstone.
