This Sunday in Greenpoint, Studio B kicks off their soundclash series, appropriately titled Klash. The first go round pits Chicago’s Flosstradamus DJs against home-team selectors Cosmo Baker and Pase Rock (billed for the event as “XXXplosive,” just like on their underappreciated mix from last year). There will be guest performances by “Cool Disco MC” Spankrock (pictured above with Pase) and Kudu, Bijules hosting, live screenprinting, a Jack and Coke Zero open bar from 10-11pm, and all sorts of other fun. There’s no work on Monday (RIP MLK) so you know what to do-o-ooh. Advance tickets are coppable here.
