Yes we’re excited about the Coachella line-up news seeping out (and yes, we’ll touch on it later), but we’re surprised that no one is talking about how all the acts for Stagecoach, Golden Voice’s debut country music festival happening the following weekend, were announced last Friday. The lineup is sick!!!! Not only are Saturday night headliners George Strait and Alan Jackson major dudes, but peep all the other awesome artists playing: Willie Nelson, Lucinda Williams, Neko Case, Earl Scruggs, Emmylou Harris, Kris Kirstofferson, Junior Brown, Drive By Truckers, Alejandro Escovedo, Marty Stuart and Ramblin Jack Elliot. Also Garrison Keillor is going to be up in that bitch. We’re not sure what to make of the news that rawhide sculptures will be on display, but we’re definitely going to be there—eating churros, checking it all out and having a ball.
