In 2001 in a wood paneled basement in the meatpacking district, our friend Bobbito (aka Kool Bob Love aka DJ Cucumber Slice aka the list goes on) started a party called Bobbito's Minty Fresh Living Room. The party name, like Bob's, has changed over the years, but the waffles and the good times are forever. Tonight, APT is going to be packed for the six-year anniversary celebration of what's now called Waffles Are Forever.
