The music of Brighblack Morning Light apparently demands motion. It inspired us to set their “Black Feather Wishes Rise” to Theo Rigby’s
moving stills from Issue 39 and some other weirdo to score an old German sex film with “Everybody Daylight.” To each his own! Just saying the jams make people want to do things, so beware of tented Germans when Brightblack play three New York shows this weekend starting at Bard College tonight, Mercury Lounge in LES tomorrow and Southpaw in Brooklyn on Sunday.
