Style: The Bloc Party T-shirt

Kele makes a few wardrobe changes in the video for Bloc Party’s “I Still Remember” (still remember the video?), but the hands-down showstopper is a hand-painted tee by artist David Saunders. David is a little on the shy side so doesn’t like to wear his attention-grabbing joints too much these days, preferring to give them to his buddies instead. Since the video came out in the UK, people have been harassing his friends all over town for what they’re calling “the Bloc Party T-shirt.” David might be too timid to say this so we’re happy to do the record straightening ourselves: this T-Shirt is a David David design (check those plimsouls) by artist David Saunders. You might want to commission him sometime.
