Audio: Sheek Louch, “Two Turntables and a Mic”

NYC mixshow DJs have been running this throwback-feeling (if not particularly throwback-sounding) track for the past few nights, and we weren’t sure who was responsible, especially since they kept rewinding it back to the horn intro again and again. Turns out the pull-ups belong to Sheek Louch of the Lox. Hopefully this means a new solo LP from dude is in the works; the last one was filled with hoopty-rattling “album cut” gems (”45 Minutes to Broadway”! Stop sleeping!) and “Excuse Me Buddy,” Sheek’s contribution to this weeks’ official bootleg Street Muzik compilation is no slouch either. D-Block: the last name you can trust?
