One of the best things about leisurely rising on a Saturday morning is Cipha Sounds’ newness-heavy “More Fire Mix,” hitting Hot 97 at the crack of noon every week just as we kick off the covers, put on some coffee and begin thinking about who might be down for some late-ass lunch. Today Cipha blasted airhorns over that Cham track from last week’s Federation podcast, as well as an even fresher cut from the Kingston kid which some Googling later revealed as “Conscience,” streaming below. Not sure of the producer or riddim yet, but it jams.
