Bjork pioneered this look back in her Sugar Cubes days (remember the chiny bumps?), but pixie-inspired fashions still get reinvented now and again with plenty of gusto. Like this snapshot we took in Williamsburg, the look is best accessorized with twisted pony tail, ankle booties and portable elf-face satchel. Magical jellyfish are optional.
