Chiefin’ Like A Hova: Sneed Remixes American Gangster
- story THE FADER
Here’s a good way to float your joint to the top of our promo pile: remix Jay’s latest, call it Native American Gangster, sell it on cassette, give all the proceeds to Red Cross. Chief Sneed, of Brooklyn’s Braves, did all that and managed to do solid job with the remixes too. We’re especially feeling his versions of “Say Hello” and “I Know,” though no one in his right mind should bother messing with “Roc Boys” or “Hello Brooklyn.” Regardless, go here to cop the tape, or, if you hate helping people, you can download it there for free.
