We’ve been keeping our eyes on Seattle’s Whalebones for a little while now and are actually kinda surprised that they aren’t slightly more high profile. As it stands, they are probably hand-making their albums in some dude’s backyard and like, handing them out to people on the street in exchange for real American dollars (alternately, you can buy their EP here… we guess the internet is sort of like the street). ANYWAY, check out “Don’t You Know” below, it sounds like a Harvest outtake but slightly heavier. Also on their MySpace are some other jams for download.
