Video: Gavin Russom Live In France
- story THE FADER
Gavin Russom played in France with art balloons. This is a dream life. Do you think it is for him? When we dream, it is organ philandering and rainbow lights. But maybe in order to get to that his dreams are dark and calm, wind and water in a silent ether. But that’s for him to say. For us to say is that this low gurgle of solo work is surprisingly unstormy and totally made of rounded prickle. DFA is releasing a number of 12-inch singles of Russom’s work soon, we’re already asking them for dub plates.
