For most of us, summer showers are a disaster. Messy wet locks, drab cotton tees and dirt sloshed sandals. Plus, we always forget an umbrella when leaving the house, thinking those darkening clouds are more complacent than they actually are. A select few turn thunderstorms into catwalk mirages — taking the streets in patterned waterproof one pieces, while dawning wide brim hats and bows knotted upon their gentle brow. Some would say, sent straight from the heavens.
