Welcome Back, Interview.

The much-anticipated Fabian Baron/Glenn O'Brien relaunch of Interview is complete, with the new, fully redesigned and reformatted September Fashion Issue. It is, unsurprisingly, really great, but somewhat surprisingly, really familiar. After a robust sixty-one pages of advertising (kudos!), we get to the "More Contents" page which leads us to a photo story of FADER contributor Anna Bauer's celebrity polaroids (a nice nod to Interview founder Andy Warhol), a nice page on FADER 51 covergirl Keri Hilson, and, of course, a music feature on the "New Wave New York," focusing on Lizzie Bougatsos (F44), Telepathe (F53), Ratatat (constant presence) and Battles (radical) written by FADER contributing editor T Cole Rachel. Not to mention, Kate Moss was given her first cover by FADER creative director Phil Bicker during his days at The Face. In other words… we love it! And not just the parts we recognize.
