Look, we’ll be the last ones to say The Sea and Cake are washed up, but we definitely weren’t the first ones to watch this new video for “Weekend,” the first single from their forthcoming album Car Alarm. This shit sounds like techno! Well, like, really mellow acoustic techno that makes us want to do stuff like they do in the video—eat candy, bike with the bros in the woods, sparklers—but techno nonetheless.
