It's true that Halloween doesn't exactly hold the cheer and good vibes that the winter holidays do, but we're still glad that our silent call for a great Halloween mix was answered. While we were in our bedrooms putting three hundred Shawty Redd-produced tracks on an orange CD-R, the more musically inclined DJ/Production duo Evil Nine put together Evil Nine's VHS Halloween Party, which, besides featuring some of the best Halloween jams we didn't know we'd love ("Chariots of Pumpkins" from Halloween III), is also a comforting collection of music that makes us feel okay about being scared of cars for like ten years after seeing Christine.
