NYC: Harriet’s Alter Ego/Affordable Art Show
- story THE FADER
Tonight at the Brooklyn Masonic Temple, the good people at
Harriet’s Alter Ego are throwing a fundraiser/art show/rager. Marketed as The Affordable Art Show, the event will exhibit mixed-media work by 20 emerging artists at a price that we can all appreciate (cheaper than normal). FADER Issue 55 Gen-Fer 77Klash and DJ Spinna will be providing background beats, and attendees will enjoy an open bar and the kind of hors d’oeuvres that are walked around on silver platters by people in ties. Make sure you buy a
ticket first, and know that it’s a small price to pay for some sweet art that would go for like a gajillion dollars in Chelsea.
